We endeavour to ensure that the website reflects the stock levels of the company but some products can sell out very quickly, therefore, placing an order with us does not guarantee availability. We will, of course, make every effort to fulfil your order and if this is not possible we will let you know as soon as possible. Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity.
If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you. We will do this to inform you the items are out of stock and reassure payment has not been taken. (It is our policy not to charge for goods until the entire order is packed and ready for dispatch).
We also do this to see if an alternative item would be suitable. Unless an item is particularly small or large orders are shipped by courier on a next day basis. Smaller items may be sent via royal mail, special or recorded delivery. It is incumbent on the customer to be ready to receive their order when the courier arrives.
Payment
The Prices shown for all of our products are in pounds sterling (GBP), as is the delivery charge. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express. Freedom Outdoors will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card type supported by the site. The website itself does not take payment at the time of ordering. It is our policy not to charge for goods until the entire order is packed and ready for dispatch. All receipts will be provided with the order as it is shipped. If incorrect payment details are supplied we may contact you to ascertain the proper details.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently.All sensitive consumer data collected on this site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. Transaction information is transmitted via a UK payment gateway that specialises in processing secure online credit card transactions using 128 bit SSL encryption. On completion of the transaction you will receive an email from our service, which will contain your invoice.
Please print and retain a paper copy of this invoice. The payment will appear on your card statement as Freedom Outdoors. Should you need to contact us about your order Freedom Outdoors will respond to any enquiries within 3 business days.
Your Details
We keep all personal and confidential information secure, it is not shared with or sold to any third parties. The information we ask for is only to verify credit card status and for the processing and dispatch of your order.
We will ask you for the card verification value which is the stand alone 3 digits represented on the reverse of your card. You will find this on the signature strip. We request this to prevent fraudulant use of your card details.
Returns
You are free to return goods unused for a period of 21 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a warranty claim will be entered into.
All returns should be sent to the Leeds Head Office address.
All goods have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action. More details on our returns policy can be found by clicking here.

Occasionally it is not possible to show an image with the proper colour, but we make every effort to minimise this.
